Ideally located in the Entre-Deux-Mers vineyards, 15 km from the Château de Vayres, 16 km from the medieval village of Saint-Émilion, and less than 30 km from Bordeaux, our cottage welcomes you in a pleasant and peaceful setting surrounded by vineyards. Entirely on one level, it consists of a living room with a kitchen, dining room, and relaxation area, a bedroom equipped with a 140x200 electric bed, and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private terrace opening onto the garden at your disposal. For comfort in all seasons, the cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning. The entire cottage is accessible for people with reduced mobility. A washing machine is located in a storage room next to the cottage. An outdoor spa is available. Stables are on site (visit upon request). For everyone's comfort, the cottage is non-smoking. Sheets, towels, table linens, and heating are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available (for a fee). Accommodation has the Tourism and Disability label. Gas for cooking (if the hob uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, electricity, and heating. Bed linens and towels provided.
