The beds and sofas were all very comfortable. My only complaint would be that the throws and cushion covers on the sofas could have done with a wash as they were covered in dog hairs. "Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel direkt an der Kathedrale, auf die man von der Rooftop-Bar eine tolle Aussicht hat. Frühstück, gastronomischer Service und Zimmerservice insgesamt im mittleren Niveau für die Hotelkategorie. Ab der zweiten Nacht wurde beispielsweise kein Trinkwasser mehr im Zimmer bereitgestellt. Klare Absage an die sog. „Luxury Spa and Treatments“, nachlässig und unmotiviert geführt und die gebuchte Maniküre kann bei größter Nachsicht nur als völlig unprofessionell angesehen werden. Das Ergebnis sind völlig ruinierte, unansehnliche Nägel, und das zu hohem Preis. Ein Beschwerdemanagement existiert anscheinend nicht. Schade…"
