Now.. the building is old, leaking water, needs work…they are doing some work so you can’t sit on your balcony Mon-Fri 8-5. But we were only there Thursday-Monday. The balcony is esquisite, and the wraparound the side is great when you want to be out there but need to escape from the sun. The area is the best, everything you could need in walking distance, and SAFE! The beach, breathtaking! My husband and I enjoyed mourning walks every day to watch the sunrise, and loved to watch it set over the city from the rooftop deck. Overall this place is amazing!! We can’t wait to come back!
