„Quiet, clean, close to beach. My husband and I stayed with another couple and appreciated having our own bathrooms. Walked to Preacher Bar one night, Fish Camp Grill (a little further - short uber) the second night. Also really short walk to budget car rental for drop off or pickup. I’ll likely be back with my two teen boys if we want to be close to cocoa beach and/or before/after a cruise. “

„Host communication was good and responded quickly. Home was very cute inside. We were disappointed that we requested early check in and were told no. We happened to arrive st 2ish. There was no one in rental. Texted host to see if we could check in early and she said earliest would be 3 ( instead of4) so we had to sit in drive way for 45 mins because it didn’t make sense to leave and come back. Clocks and tv remotes needed batteries. Outside area could us some attention. House coastal ...
