"There was no one to let us in the hotel at 22;00 hours, (I had called before and told them I will come between 10-11 PM) other guests (3 people) who were staying there were also locked out, pressed the doorbell many time I also called on the phone, no reply, finally, a guest from inside the hotel saw us and he came to our rescue to open the back door of the hotel. "The staff is very friendly and professional. The building is a bit outdated, as are some of the rooms. Our room was comfortable but had long sienna brown shag carpet throughout. The back garden has been given over to construction materials as it seems they were at one point updating part of the building (scaffolding remains). The parking was very convenient and there is a bus stop immediately in front that takes you downtown (about 30 minutes away). The breakfast was a good value. Dinner was good but overpriced. "
