„Friendly and helpful people there“

„I had problems with the hot water for 2 days until I got upgraded to the 3rd floor, where the rooms are well maintained and the plumbing works. This hotel need major renovations it’s a shade of what it used to be under private ownership. The people/ staff were lovely“

„The rooms, bathroom and bedsheets were very clean. Very helpful staff. Good location. Highly recommend this property.“

„Great stay. Staff was very welcoming. Room was clean and there is a wonderful restaurant nearby on the main road. “

„Room was clean and had all basic stuff. WiFi doesn’t work inside the room. Parking space is pretty tight.“

„I booked 2 Rooms in one booking. When I come for check in, they said there is no booking found. Later they took few minutes to find my bookings. Then they said sorry. While i checked out the same problem they told only one room paid. Second payment not received. We showed our payment receipt. Then they took few minutes to check with their system they found full payment. We feel they are not in good knowledge. Unwanted waiting while check in and check out. “

„The sheets were cleaned but they were not white anymore.“

„Water in the bathrooms and toilets were not available at all times. Cleanliness was also an issue as all rooms were not properly clean. The ceiling fans were very noisy when on use and was a huge disturbance during the sleep hours“

„Poor customer service. Doesn’t even know how to talk to customers.“

„the staff was horrible“
