Das Hotel ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wurde aber teilweise renoviert und bietet z.B. ein tolles Apartment. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen, so dass man Tirana bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Comfy mit Roofbar
Tolles Hotel in der Nähe von Zentrum von Tirana mit Roofbar von der man eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge hat, nachts wird hier auch mal gerne gefeiert. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel. Das Frühstück könnte etwas vielfältiger sein, außerdem fände ich mehr Haken, Garderobe zum Kleidungsstücke aufhängen im Zimmer gut. Alles in allem aber ein tolles Hotel, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Mit Ausnahme des Verkehrslärms vor dem Haus ist das Hotel in allen Punkten sehr gut. Auch beim Parkplatz für den Mietwagen hat das Hotelpersonal immer etwas freimachen können. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut. Das Mondial ist für eine Städtetour in die Albanische Hauptstadt sehr zu empfehlen.

Freundliches Hotel
Gut gelegen für die zwei wichtigsten Einkaufsstrassen. Mit Bus ist das Stadtzentrum gut erreichbar; zu Fuss dauert dies ca. 25 Minuten. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Hoteltaxi für Exkursionen z.B. an den Lake Ohrid günstig (Tagesausflug ca. 120 Euro mit Fahrer).

First time in Albania and we stayed in the capital for 2 days, the staff were friendly and spoke good English, decent breakfast and food options through the day, nice rooftop terrace and bar/pool area, room was ready ahead of check in time and they sorted us a cheap transfer from the airport to the hotel when we arrived 😀 no issues at all and i would recommend this hotel

Definitely not a 4-star hotel, but an allright 3-star. Rooms are comfy, but old, breakfast is not good and all of the hotel and the furniture is a little bit run down. However, upgraded bathrooms and nice people working there!

The customer focus by the front desk staff was great. The view of the sunset from the room was the best we had in Croatia. The views from the roof restaurant were outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again. The one note is that area is still undergoing expansion so there is construction on the area.

It is very strange that there was no staff at the Reception for 15 minutes because it is a very long time, but we will do the verifications and make sure that the service at Hotel Mondial is at the right level. The pool is closed and open only during the summer season from June 1 to mid-September, and this is written on every page where we sell rooms, we are sorry that you were misunderstood about this. The free breakfast is great, healthy selections. The staff are very accommodating. The masseuse, Fabiola, is excellent!! The room is pretty much what we expected. The only negative is our room is facing a building which is under construction, the banging late at night and early morning and with occasional barking of a big dog so late at night.

Excellent hotel, roof top bar is excellent for drinks and wine. Rooms great. Single male traveller. Safety in Albania is almost guaranteed.

This is a really good hotel. The staff are wonderful especially the waiters. Great value, breakfast was good (apart from the hot food, which wasn’t!). Easy to walk to all of Tirana’s sights. Transport to and from the airport was easy and very reasonably priced. Variety of bars, the rooftop one has good views.

The room was beautiful. The location was great. The hotel is lovely. Breakfast was amazing. Unfortunately the pool was closed and the restuarant staff up by the pool and in the bar downstairs were not interested at all in serving us. Food was okay

Lovely building, very clean, and staff friendly and helpful. Good choice of food for breakfast. Swimming pool not in use for another 2 months and no kettle/coffee in rooms (can be ordered via 24 hour room service). Rooftop bar is really good.

Small friendly hotel, we had an extremely large suite which was great after many thousands of steps exploring the area. Take toiletries, there was lots of shampoo but nothing else.

Pros - Center of Tirana - Very nice staff that tries to help you whenever they can - Even though the parking is supposed to be 5€, they gave it us for free - Comfy beds, elegant and a pretty silent and chill experience Cons - Even though we asked for separated beds, we got a matrimonial one - The breakfast is the average one you would expect on an hotel. Definitely not something I expected on a 4* one. - Pool closed and spa prices were not on the description - At least the room we were assigned was nothing like the ones in the photos. The mobiliary was, even though clean, pretty old and there were several marks on it. We had no gel on the bathroom, only shampoo - The parking is something like a park-where-you-can like. You park on the street (slot reserved for the hotel) and, if they don't have any slot free, you park on a very small underground garage. A big car would have problems fitting there.
