„Great house, with everything you could need each bedroom has en suite. Kitchen is very well equipped, we had private chef to cook meal for us and although kitchen was small he managed a 3 course meal for 10 of us!Great little pub 5 mins walk away.Our only problem was no hot water and heating this morning, but someone came to sort for us.Would definitely recommend.“

„We booked babbling Brooke for a family break 4 adults and 2 children.Henry greeted us in arrival and was so helpful and lovely. He showed us round and explained how to use the hot tub. We were also left a little welcome pack of goodies. The barn it's self is outstanding, beautifully decorated and furnished. The woodfire hottub is lovely. If your looking for a peaceful break this is just perfect.We can't wait to go back“

„Overall this is a very pleasant comfortable cottage. Our one criticism, would be not enough crockery, why install a dishwasher when you need to wash after every meal. Surely having a dishwasher is so you can wash a large load in one go, thus saving water, and energy.A few more different size plates would be useful.Otherwise very satisfied, lovely and quiet patio, comfortable bed and seating.“

„Location was fantastic for a quiet countryside retreat. Nearest place we stopped off was Henley-On-Arden a couple of miles away. The rain was a shocker so didn't see much of the surrounding area. The children loved the two border collies who lived next door. The house itself was great. Super shower. Beds very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Loved having the wood burner. It's an old farm house so if you're expecting all mod cons and aren't prepared to go back to basics just a little ...
