Hi ANONYMOUS Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Each unit has its own 180-litre hot water cylinder and we’ve not had any complaints about lack of hot water, if we had been made aware we would’ve absolutely rectified this situation as a cold shower on a cold morning is less than ideal! Our internet is normally fast, and our Chromecasts are all working – on the odd occasions where technology fails we will also do our best to fix it as quickly as possible. The units that are nearest to the street are double-glazed but they can be noisy if a window is left slightly open. We strive to provide a high level of comfort and service to our guests, however we can only fix issues during your stay if we’re made aware of them.
