You're right we don't have a soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower but we do provide wrapped soap and shampoo to all our guests. Also, I would like to clarify that the Backpacker is in a separate building to the Motel. Thanks

Hi John, We're glad that you found our unit big and nice, but I have to say we're very disappointed you then gave us a score of only "3"

Hi Sebastian, thank you for your review. We're disappointed that you found the room smelly, this is not acceptable. We could not find anything wrong with the smell, we thoroughly clean the units in between all guests and we also use a deodoriser to make sure there is a pleasant smell. Still, we take your point, and we will make sure there is no smell at all in all our rooms.
