„On the property lives 2 roosters which are very loud (and beautifull). And you have to feed them otherwise they will scream non stop. They start to beg for food around 4 am. Plus there is no hot water in sinks which makes living very uncomfortable (no dishwasher as well). If you want to have a nice shower - forget about it! Showers have electrical warmers and you have to use small water presser to make it work. We got no hot water in both bathrooms when we arrived. Later shower was fixed in ...

„Bret and his crew were awesome people, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The property is wonderful, we hiked it almost everyday following the many trails and finding plateaus with amazing views of Lake Arenal. Sitting on the patio having a favourite beverage, we listened to howler monkeys, saw white faced monkeys, and many species of birds including parrots and toucans. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend a stay at CRParaiso.“

„Pictures don't do this property justice. It was super clean and very well maintained. The location was exactly what we were looking for - very quiet and secluded but a short drive to many things. Aileen was very easy to work with and was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations to our questions. The property is beautifully maintained as well. We would definitely recommend this property.“

„This place was great. Extremely close to the cloud forest reserve. The property manager went above and beyond. We got a home made breakfast brought to us every morning that was delicious. She arranged adventures for us to partake in nearby and followed up when a shuttle didn't arrive as previously scheduled. We had a wonderful experience at this property and highly recommend booking with Christina and supporting a Costa Rican if you are visiting Monteverde!!! You won't be disappointed.“

„Sehr gepflegt Anlage mit eigenen kurzen Wanderwegen und einer Aussichtsplattform mit Blick auf den Golf von Nicoya. Wir hatten ein Junior Cottage und es war alles perfekt. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Rundum alles super und nur zu empfehlen. Fussläufig (2-3Min) ist eine Bäckerei/Cafe, ein Supermarkt und mehrere gute Restaurants entfernt. Ich kann Los Pinos uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.“

It's actually several miles out of town, which was a problem for us since we didn't have a rental car and there's no public transport serving the area.
