Trash in the driveway, including several dirty diapers roasting in the Albuquerque heat, dead cockroaches on the kitchen floor, remnants from the messy guests who were there a week or so before. The bed comforter was gross. Plus, I had to buy additional toilet paper. Less than a roll and a half for three adults for three nights. To be clear, the statement "everything is brand new" is no longer accurate, but the views, quiet safe neighborhood, covered patio with fountain with running water and over sized windows looking at the mountains was hard to beat. The owner, Christine, and her "Man Friday", Robert, were very responsive, pleasant and helpful when called on. It's a place to which we will return.“
