„We had a three day stay in Phelps. Really nice lakefront home on a gorgeous lake. The house is quite close to several other homes and piers, but none were occupied during our stay. Beautiful lakefront, nice pier, great fire pit. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of quality towels and linens. If you're coming with plans to cook, be sure to bring your own kitchen basics like S/P and cooking oil as there were no staples in the house. The house has a standby generator which was a real plus as the area ...

Enough space to play games indoors when the weather didn’t cooperate. We’ve visited Eagle River many times and this was the best spot so far for our family to stay. Plenty of room for all. „Our stay was very enjoyable. The location was great with a park directly across the street with pickle balls courts. It was an easy walk to downtown and having a Quik Trip directly across the road was very convenient. The house did not have central air but they had plenty of fans on the main floor and there were window AC units in two of the bedrooms upstairs so sleeping was comfortable. “
