Cushioned with an array of premium amenities such as underfloor heating, a fully-functional kitchen packed with cooking basics and chic cutlery, a chic living room accentuated with a Smart TV and a comfortable sofa bed, the property elevates the holiday stay to a whole new level of comfort and convenience.



The intimate bedroom invites with plush bedding ensuring a restful sleep after a day of adventure. Indulge in the warmth of the heated bathroom equipped with essentials like body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. The presence of internal laundry facilities, including a washing machine, dryer, and additional drying room, further adds to the pleasant stay experience.



An allocated car parking space is available, and guests can have peace of mind with safety features, including a smoke detector and fire extinguisher. Squatters Run 4 also offers storage for your skis/board, ensuring your sporty spirit is well catered. Moreover, guests have resort access and can utilise resort facilities for an added slice of pleasure. Please note, bikes are not permitted in the apartment and no storage is available for this.

House Rules

No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions, and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.

No Mountain Bikes or Mountain Biking Equipment is permitted in the apartment and no storage is available for this.

Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.

Ski/Snow gear - No ski or snowboard boots to be worn inside the property. Please use space provided to store equipment.

For safety - Please turn off all lights, air-conditioning and heating when not at the property.

Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.

Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure.

Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
