„The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. A very good place to stay“

„This small hotel was delightful. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I had a room with a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view of the town and have some cool fresh air. I mustn't forget to mention the food! It was prepared freshly and so delicious. The dahl became my addiction but everything was so good. ❤️“

„Room was spacious and clean, Food was tasty Chef is excellent, Breakfast was good, can do with a bit more bfast options and Variety. Staff are attentive and hospitable, great customer service. Property is well maintained and peaceful Perfect Stay, Cant complain about anything it was fantastic, Cant wait to be back to Ooty soon!“

„A bit rough and rugged. Staff were helpful with tours etc. Ordered food from the hotel and it took over an hour to come and wasn’t hot. Location not great, need to get tuktuk most places as no uber. Wasn’t the most comfortable place. “

„Not value for money not clean and not displain“

„Stinky Bathroom“

„Good “

„Clean room with clean bed, sheets and towels. Clean bathroom. Helpful staff. Convenient location near restaurants.“

„The staff was good, the place was good, all the other things were good, but the Thalassery restaurant had fewer people in the staff; the staff member who was taking the order was the one who was preparing it. I think he might be getting a salary for waiter and chef both! Therefore, the wait for breakfast doubled; it took an hour for the order to come to the table. Also, one thing is that the restaurant is inside the hotel, and breakfast starts at 8.30 am not sharp.“
