„Ask for an executive room, as suoerior rooms are sometimes not "suerior" as mine had fungus all over the ceiling. The staff is friendly, but do not trust therir promisses (like: The bll will be reay in 1 minute, when you come down -"it took 15 and I nearly missed my plane"; "I call you back and arrange a massage for you" - I had to call back three times and it took 90 minutes to get it done; and so on....) “

„The Hotel has impressive service. During our stay in Mangalore, there was a curfew imposed in the city. All restaurants and transport options were shut down. However, the hotel went out of it’s way to help customers. The Hotel owner personally dropped guests to nearest railway station in his car as no taxis or rental cars were willing to ply. The hotel has earned my loyalty for life when I visit Mangalore.“
