We stayed for 2 nights and LOVED every minute of it! Food was amazing staff beyond friendly and our room with the pool was serene after the safari trip. Highly recommended

Worst service ever!
It was my birthday, I have mentioned to hotel before check in. We had dinner and made a request for a cake they confirmed we waited no cake came. We didn’t ask for anything complementary or free we were paying for it. This is the first year I celebrate my birthday with no cake or celebration. Very disappointed although I have chosen Hilton since it’s a 5 star international hotel . Every year all hotels even the 3 , 4 or 5 celebrate. They even didn’t Say happy birthday. Extremely disappointed with their services . Other than that they were too slow in checking in check out. Serving the lunch, serving the dinner I’m disappointed with their service

Absolutely incredible hotel and the staff go above and beyond to make you have an amazing stay. Kenny in the restaurant is fantastic and recommend us some wonderful food. Highly recommend.
