Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier falsch. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem belebten Platz, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Allerdings wird ab Mitternacht die benachbarte Straße zum Club. Bis 4Uhr nachts laute Musik, TÄGLICH! die Fenster dämmen diesen Lärm nicht. Die Lage grundsätzlich gut, zu Fuß überall schnell… Das Frühstück ist lieblos und einem 5Sterne-Hotel definitiv nicht gerecht. Keine Auswahl an Brot, nur labberigen Toast und helle kleine Pizzabrötchen. Eierspeisen stehen lieblos herum, alles ist etwas versifft. Der Service ist nicht gut, niemand fragt ob man etwas braucht, wenn grade mal gegrüßt wird ist viel. Das Zimmer war toll, schön groß, gute Klimaanlage. Es wird täglich gereinigt. Trotzdem wirkt alles alt und nicht besonders gepflegt. Die Dusche ist verkalkt, die Handtuchhalter wackeln…. Etc…. Etc… Für diese Umstände war der Preis/Nacht von 110€ ok….

Unser Zimmer war zu einem Lichthof gelegen und gab leider keine Möglichkeit Frischluft zu bekommen. Weiterhin war der Lärmpegel durch den überdachten Innenhof sehr hoch. Das Personal, die Gäste, die aus dem Restaurant kamen mussten durch diesen Innenhof und es schallte bis in die frühen Morgenstunden ,

Sehr nettes Personal und super zentral gelegen, allerdings im Partyviertel, daher haben wir bis 6 Uhr morgens die Musik der umliegenden Bars in unserem Bett gehört. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Wer gerne nachts ein paar Stunden schlafen möchte, sollte ein anderes Hotel wählen. Bett zu hart und unbequeme zu hohe Kissen. Das Bad war in schlechtem Zustand, Schimmel in den Fugen, Kalkablagerungen, Duschabtrennung könnte nicht geschlossen werden.

Oldukça merkezi konumdaki otelimiz bir hayli konforluydu. Oda tertemiz, geniş bir yaşam alanı barındırıyor. Banyo ve tuvalet geniş, temiz ve çok konforluydu. Personel güler yüzlüydü ve bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Great Hotel Choice
Location was amazing, in the old section of town. Service was great (I needed a taxi to the bus station), breakfast was great too. Good restaurants right outside the door. We loved this place.

Charming traditional hotel in heart of Ladadika
Older style hotel in a super location. Close to a number of restaurants and bars in the busy area of Ladadika. Self-service breakfast is fairly modest but there is enough to keep you going and you can dine outside and watch the world go by which is lovely. The hotel is within walking distance of the port for the water taxis to Peraia if you want to have a day on the beach. We upgraded from an executive room to a suite but not really sure it was worth the extra cost.

Comfortable and nice hotel
Hotel location is great if you want to visit the city, easy access to transportation if you don't have a car, (there is parking lot very close but you need to pay if you have a car) nice and clean, the people are very friendly and helpful, overall we are very satisfied with our stay

Charming property in heart of Ladadika
Lovely individual hotel in the heart of Ladadika. We had a lovely corner executive room and even though the area is quite lively we were not bothered by noise due to the double glazed windows. Buffet breakfast was very relaxed with reasonable choice. Reception staff friendly and helpful. So glad we chose to sty here and would definitely return.

Hotel small but nice &sweet , great location , homely feeling. No lobby , no room service. Nevertheless i have stayed twice on both of my trips to Thessaloniki.

Hotel conveniently located near the harbour in the centre of town in an area with restaurants and bars. It offers spacious rooms, but very very outdated. The entire hotel would need a major re-modernization, because the structure is worth in a historic building in the centre, but in its current condition the hotel is more a 3 star than a 4 star. The breakfast is with table service and the quality of the products served is good, but really too long the waiting time. Good tampon service in the hotel and in general the covid protocol.

Hotel is very well located near the water and beach and near the many restaurants. No Parking, which is problematic as one needs to shlep and find and pay for parking after good 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Great place with strange service
We traveled with a group of 5 families. Tried to book 5 rooms and could not manage to handle all bookings on one website: we made 2 booking on Booking, 1 on Hotels, 2 on hotel’s website. Despite the fantastic condition and good location of the hotel, their organization was very bad. After lots of discussions they offered us the possibility to camp all together, but it is annoying with their software. Except from that hotel is very well maintained and breakfast fabulous.

Regarding your comment on the organization and software, we inform you that 1 of the 5 rooms was booked for another dates to another property of our company. Despite this fact and the hotel's capacity, we did manage to accommodate the guests, providing the room free upgrade to a Suite.It would have been convenient for you if you had inform us on your group reservation before check in accordingly. 個人旅行者には絶対お勧めです
町の中心のアリストテレス広場まで徒歩５分ほどの所にあり、ホテル周辺はレストラン街という大変便利なロケーションです。規模の小さいホテルなので団体はほとんどおらず、落ち着いて滞在できます。 今回はブリストルスイートに泊まりましたが、部屋はとても広くて豪華な感じの造りです。ただ収納用の棚や引き出しがほとんどないのはやや不満なところです。またスイートにもシャワーのみの部屋があるので、バスタブ付きが希望の場合は予約時にリクエストするとともに、チェックインの際にも確認した方が良いでしょう。 朝食は５ツ星にしてはやや物足りない感じですし、７時のオープンと同時位に行くと、まだすべての用意ができておらず、15分くらい経ってようやくすべて出てくるといった状況でした。 あと不満な点としては、宿泊客が多いと時間帯によって熱いお湯が出なくなるところです。

המלון ממוקם במקום מצויין , במרכז אזור הבילויים , השהות במלון NIKOLETO מאוד נעימה ,צוות המלון נחמד ומסביר פנים ( במיוחד פקידת הקבלה ) עזרו בכל שאלה ויעצו איפה כדאי לבקר ולראות. אני ממליץ החום רב על המלון הזה ובחופשה הבאה באזור אחזור שוב בשמחה.
