This is a remodeled hotel with 3 1/2 star amenities, at best. The 2 room suite was very small, but clean. Very substantial noise levels were due to thin walls and the old elevator right next to the room. No in-room coffee is provided, the tea kettle in the lounge was not even plugged in. The concrete slabs ("sea access") were under repair in end March (temperatures around 20 degrees Celsius) and actually dangerous due to iron rods etc. Reception staff was very polite and courteous, but had no authority to respond in substance to any request or complaint. The bellman, however, was delightfully helpful and thoughtful. Maybe general manager material?
