„Alles“

„Personal sehr gut, Frühstück eher schlecht für europäische Gäste. “

„Very friendly and clean, 100% recommended “

„The breakfast quality was very poor. It gave me a tummy ache so I stopped going for breakfast. The choices were not great. Cleanliness in the room is substandard- beds and sofa dirty and sheets cheap quality. The decor old and depressing. The surrounding area is unsafe and the crowd unpleasant.“

„The hotel itself is nice but the room is tiny and the main problem is that its very loud. You hear every door, the retro lift, etc and it is barely possible to sleep.“

„Scrumptiously clean room. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Perfect air conditioning. Very family friendly, and plenty of shops nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Heritage for my family and friends. Edward from Ohio“

Freundliche Angestellte. “

„Old amenities, rooms not really clean and smelly“

„In the said budget the Hotel was good. I was with family and found no worries. Mine was Premium room with two double beds. Sufficient size. Staff was helpful. You can have deliveries including food in your room too. The manager and the staff were good and helpful. Location wise it's good if you want to travel around in South Mumbai.“

„Amazing “

„No complaints. Staffs are very co-operative“

„Das Hotel liegt fuer meine Beduerfnisse ideal. Daher habe ich es auch gewaehlt.“

„Worst area to stay in Mumbai“

„Keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Mann musste immer nachfragen. Handtücher neje zu bringen wurden vergessen. Das Zimmer war auch nicht richtig sauber“

„They sent me to a building which was under construction and a room where someone was clearly in it. I didn’t take the room cause it wasn’t safe and they still charged me. Hotels.com refuse to help. Don’t ever book this! “
