Wir waren 6 Wochen ab Januar 2019 in ca. 22 Hotels und Motels und hatten vergleichsweise folgende mehr oder weniger positiven Eindrücke, die wir hiermit für die jeweilige Unterkunft abgeben bzw. in gleicher Form bewerten. Wir buchten die Hotels von zu Hause aus sehr lange im Voraus und buchten später die Motels immer jeden Tag am Abend für den nächsten Tag bzw. für den nächsten Reisezielort per ipad (was meist gut klappte). Alle Unterkünfte wählten wir möglichst mit Pool in Preislage 60-120 € aus. Je Hotel/Motel benoten wir nun 1. Lage, 2. Preis-Leistung, 3. Sauberkeit, 4. Pool Letztlich kommt die Angabe, ob wir dort nochmals übernachten würden, mit „ja/nein“ und beschreiben sowie ggf. eine Auffälligkeit 1. sehr gut, 2. sehr gut, 3. sehr gut, 4. sehr gut, - und ja, sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner im Bad vorhanden

Kein schöner Strand mit Hammer- und Bohruntermahlung!
Das Hotel hatte vor ca. 20 Jahren seine beste Zeit. Dementsprechend abgewohnt ist die Einrichtung. Wir sind nach dem Einchecken sofort wieder abgereist, weil im Hotel Renovierungsarbeiten ausgeführt wurden und wir weder vom Hotel noch von Expedia vor der Bezahlung darüber informiert wurden. Die Erklärung vor Ort war: Man hört doch das Hämmern und Bohren nur ganz wenig weil es zwei Stockwerke entfernt war...... ?! Sorry, aber im Urlaub will ich überhaupt kein Hämmern und Bohren hören.

I have stayed at the Oaks the Entrance for over 30 years off and on, at least 6 or 7 times per year, weve gone through their upgrades and renovations at vareous times, we cannot find fault with them, we love going there, and yesterday i received a complimentory bottle of wine with some cheese and crackers..first time ever which was a great surprise for me..thank you to the staff at the Oaks the Entance...

Great shower pressure in 1980s retro feeling apartment. Unfortunate that our view was a dirty rooftop of the shop and living beside us. Bedroom area was good.loged the sliding doors. Check in was a lengthy process only one person on front desk and 4 people waiting. Parked in council cark park as Oaks carpark was additional $20. The stay was comfortable.

The property is in need of a refurbishment. Chair fabric fraying. Tape used on outdoor furniture. Not enough outdoor seating near pool. Gym was terrible, carpet looked damp. Carpets were uneven and bubbling up. Pool was full, loud music,smoking and alcohol consumption in the pool. Our air-conditioning unit had cigarette smoke coming into our room from the next door room. The location and view was great.

Despite the varied reviews of this property I found my studio with water views very adequate, clean and stocked as listed. The hotel overall is dated and needs upgrading, but I was very happy with my room. The woman at check-in was very pleasant and helpful regarding parking. The only problem was slamming doors.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This property would have been beautiful 30 years ago. The room itself was run down, we were put in a 2 bedroom room even though we only requested a single room which we initially thought was great however one of the rooms was being renovated and was a construction site with no carpet, glue on the floor and a water leak(puddle on the concrete) that smelt like mould. The sofa bed was broken and had a sign on it not be be unfolded as it was broken and the tv didn’t work at all. The pool is very run down, tiles coming up around the pool and in the pool itself. The hotel is in a prime location, with a park out the front and overlooking the water. And the staff were so lovely. It’s just a shame the room was such a letdown. We attempted to call the hotel numerous times after leaving however they never answered the phone and when requesting for a callback online no one called you back.

Nice view from the balcony. Very central location. The pool area and water was cold so we couldn’t enjoy sitting there. Seemed to get very windy as it’s situated on level 2. All of the shops and restaurants underneath were closed on a Monday so I’d suggest staying here another night.
