Villa Casa Calme is located in Moraira’s most sought-after area, on a quiet cul-de-sac in the beautiful Pla de Mar neighbourhood. This very private villa is just 700 metres from the village centre, the beach, the supermarket and the weekly market. You can also walk to Moraira’s most beautiful beach, El Portet. The villa was built in 2003 and fully renovated in 2023. Through a gated entrance, there is space to park two cars on the private property.

The south-facing house is equipped with solar panels, allowing you to enjoy sunshine throughout the day. Around the heated swimming pool — 9m x 4.5m — you will find several lounge areas, both in the sun and in the shade. From the outdoor kitchen, you have a clear view of the pool.

The property features a covered lounge area with a BBQ, a spacious dining table and a comfortable seating area. On the other side of the house, there is a covered terrace with beautiful views. The generous garden of approximately 850 m² surrounding the villa is beautifully landscaped with various fruit trees, olive trees and palm trees. A washing machine is available under the covered carport.

The house is fully equipped with all modern comforts. At the beginning of 2026, a water filtration system was installed, allowing you to drink filtered water straight from the tap without having to buy plastic bottles from the supermarket. All rooms are fitted with air conditioning, for both cooling and heating, and there is underfloor heating on the lower floor. The house and outdoor areas have a good Wi-Fi connection.

At the front of the villa, there is a covered terrace with a dining table and views of the garden. The property has three bedrooms with double beds — 160 x 200 cm — and two bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower and toilet. The living room has a television with Chromecast. The dining area includes a table for six people and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge, freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, air fryer, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
