Abseits gelegenes Hotel
Wir waren bestens untergebracht. Im Bad fehlten lediglich Möglichkeiten Bademäntel und nasse Badehosen auf zu hängen. Frühstück täglich gleich, keine Abwechslung. Service und Freundlichkeit perfekt.

Silvoll gepflegte Hotelanlage
Hotel und die Anlage sind sehr hübsch und werden täglich von Gärtnern und Hauswarten gepflegt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Gäste sind mehrheitlich Spanier. Die Zimmer sind stilvol eingerichtet. Mit Heiz- und Klimageräte kann die Temperatur im Zimmer auch in der Zwischensaison angenehm geregelt werden. Sehr gutes Hotel - sensationelle hergerichtets Frühstücksbuffet. Gratis WLAN, könnte jedoch etwas schneller sein. Rundum eine tolle Sache. Ich war 5 Tage dort und recht begeistert.

Stijlvol hotel, prachtige kamers. Rustig gelegen.
Het is een heel mooi hotel voor koppels. Het is er heel rustig en je moet wel stukje in t donker vanuit centrum naar boven rijden. Maar prachtige kamers. Super vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijtje!

Good service attitude
Upon arrival at the hotel, the room was not as expected, probably because of the inconsistency between them and the online platform provider, the room they gave me was not quite the same as the one on top of the picture. But the hotel service staff was very nice and immediately changed the room to match our requirement. And sent us drinks and spa, the hotel was quiet and the food was ok. Overall it was good.

Mostly Nice - With Negatives- A one off for me
It was pleasant overall, however the beds way too hard, caused us both hip ache. Beautiful setting and gardens, but let themselves down as you walk into hotel, they have dark wall ahead with bland restaurant behind that was like a empty store room, it used this to exit and enter to the pool and it totally spoils the lobby/ground floor of the beautiful building, a truly bizzare design decision? Our hot tub didnt work properly and the engineer didn't seem to care to sort it, our toilet cystern dripped our entire stay despite telling them on arrival and we had to change the fridge day 1 as that didn't work either, the towel rail was not secured to the wall which I also advised day 1, again they did nothing. The thing that grated me the most personally was not being able to get a draught beer, they only sell small bottles!? The lunch by the pool is more 'a la carte', when in reality for a summer 'by the pool' lunch, I'm sure most people would prefer a salad or a sandwich or arguably more relaxed lunch time options. The pool staff were not well equiped/trained, if in the height of tourist summer trade, in a typical family resort, and if you charge £200 + pn, then you need to make sure your staff are on point and offer great service, and selfishly I think they should be able to at least communcate the basics in English as this is the language that most europeans can mutally understand. Overall it wasnt bad, but I wont go back.

We booked the triple room for a 3 night stay - upon walking into the ground floor room we were treated by: • a chenille sofa that was nearly 20 years old • bathroom fixtures that bordered on the franco era • zero internet / mobile coverage. • there is only a half window in the very dark bedroom and zero privacy in the sitting area due to this room being located next to the housekeeping closet as well as overlooking the sidewalk and pool access. IT WAS GRIM. we requested a change in room and were downgraded to a double room in the slightly newer side of the hotel. a refund for the difference in room was not given. instead when my husband went to check out he was asked to pay again for what was a prepaid room. while we were driving home and discussing the trip we discovered the mistake. i called back immediately to clear up the double charge - no one answered. • later that day (Monday) i called again and was told they would look things over. Monday evening i called with expedia and when they spoke to the hotel the hotel assured Expedia a reversal would be out through for the erroneous extra charge. • i called Tuesday twice - at one point was told the “accountant” that handles refunds was not in. • it is now Wednesday and no refund has been forthcoming. the staff at the hotel are very nice and i suspect this is a management issue. in addition to the rooms, the restaurant food was mediocre at best despite decent reviews.

I had a great time at the Swiss Hotel Moraira. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the area and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. 4 stars for the hotel, 5 stars for the staff!

Very nice public areas in the hotel but the rooms are dark and "old". Feels like a basement even if it's not. No outlets to charge the phone unless unplugging a lamp.

Quiet hotel in moraira
Large but Outdated rooms that need refurbishing. Pillows that seem 1000 years old. The breakfast room is in the basement without windows and only 6 tables for 2 people outside, so people are waiting for you to finish eating breakfast. Check your bill as on mine they didn’t deduct the 60€ warrantee you pay for the pool towels. The hotel is quiet.

El hotel esta bien, pero la habitación que estuvimos olia a rancio, vinieron a tirar un poco se ambientador, mejoro algo pero solia oliendo a rancion y a cerrado. No es grave pero es algo que no esperas en un hotel de 4 estrellas, no creo que volvamos.

Nous avons séjourné 2 jours. La chambre sentait l'humidité. La carte qui ouvrait la porte de la chambre n'a pas fonctionnée 5 fois. Il fallait revenir à la réception pour la réinitialiser. Le repas en 1/2 pension est très décevant. Le poisson est de très mauvaise qualité, quasiment immangeable pendant les 2 jours. Dommage car le jardin et la piscine sont idylliques. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Pas de connection pour téléphoner de notre chambre. Le service est décevant. Cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur des tarifs pratiqués.

Хороший отель. В сауне печь не работает. Заказали сауну а парится не смогли. Завтраки слабоватые очень маленький ассортимент для такой цены за номер так тем более не в сезон завтраки должны быть на много лучше.
