The living room has a glass curtain affording magnificent views of the beach and El Portet bay. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and there is seating in the lounge and at the dining table for six. The apartment is supplied with WiFi along with Satellite TV showing English Freeview channels (including BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc). All bedrooms and the lounge area benefit from AC.



A spiral staircase leads from the main floor to the air-conditioned master bedroom suite (kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom) and the expansive private roof terrace. There is dining seating for ten on the roof terrace and lounge seating for at least six. The terrace is partially shaded with a "sail-shade," and there is also a large automatic awning which can cover the lounge seating area if required.
