A marriage certificate is required at check-in. If you are unable to present a valid marriage certificate at the time of check-in, we will unfortunately be obliged to cancel your reservation. Please note that, in this case, no refund will be issued, in accordance with our cancellation policy related to this specific regulation.

Additionally, we require a copy of the passport for all guests. If a copy is not available, we will take a photo of the identification document.
