Immersed in the tranquillity of the "Prato degli Ulivi" residence, this small villa is a peaceful refuge situated just a few steps from Cala Rossa, one of the most fascinating natural destinations in the area, famous for its cliffs of intense red colour that create a unique contrast with the turquoise of the sea. The house stands out for its furnishings with authentic charm, where dated elements meet a refined vintage and modernist touch, creating a warm atmosphere rich in personality.



The house is developed over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with a double sofa bed, and the fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living room. On the same floor there is a single bedroom with an internal private bathroom. The upper floor houses the main sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds, served by a second bathroom with shower. From this level you can access a beautiful terrace, a privileged spot to enjoy the view and the silence of the residence. The external heart of the property is the lush private garden, while the condominium area offers two swimming pools: one dedicated to adults and one for children.



*The shared swimming pools are open from 15 June to 15 September, during the following hours 10 - 14; 16 - 20. The use of a swimming cap may be required.
