Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, die zwei Pools zu jeder Seite einer. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr groß und geräumig, sehr gut eingerichtet und auch das Bad hatte eine angemessene Größe. „Everything is perfect!! Really nice hotel.. I really like the decoration and the ambience. It is a new hotel located 15 mins on foot to the old town. We got free wifi, free welcome drink, free bikes, free 10 mins foot massage. Lovely!!

"Das Mulberry Collection Silk Eco Hotel bietet ein insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Innenhof mit Pool – eine kleine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Auch das Frühstück war gut, allerdings sehr stark auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet. Eine etwas größere Auswahl an europäischen Optionen wäre wünschenswert.
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – ruhig in einer Seitengasse gelegen, aber dennoch zentral. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, man sieht allerdings an einigen Stellen bereits kleinere Abnutzungserscheinungen.
Kritik gibt es für das Fitnessstudio, das deutlich in die Jahre gekommen ist und dringend modernisiert werden sollte. Auch der Föhn im Bad entspricht leider nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels – hier wäre ein leistungsstärkeres Modell angebracht.
Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleineren Schwächen – daher 4 von 5 Sternen."
