Ideally located just 5 minutes from the airport and only minutes from downtown, this property provides easy access to local amenities while maintaining a peaceful, secluded atmosphere minutes from town.

Designed for relaxation and connection, the lodge features a warm, thoughtfully curated interior with comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with all of the cooking essentials, and ample space for families or groups to gather.

The reservation holder/primary guest (person who made the booking) must provide two pieces of government-issued photo identification prior to check-in. The primary guest agrees that the reservation be booked with the accurate number of guest and is required to submit a list including full names of all guests for the reservation. In addition, the primary guest agrees to submit a list of any day guests that will be planning on visiting. The primary guest agrees to the additional charge of $100 per guest per night for each guest over two and also agrees to the additional charge of $100 per guest per day in addition to the nightly guests on the reservation. Prior to the arrival the primary guest is required to confirm with the host the accurate number of guests staying during the reservation. Reservations exceeding 7 days require an additional weekly service fee of $150.

By accepting the reservation, the primary guest agrees to follow all house rules and policies. Failure to comply with all house rules and policies will result in additional charges at a minimum of $300 including a possible immediate cancellation of reservation with no refund.

Max occupancy for the home and on the property is 13 people at any given time.

Certain areas of the home are restricted and not accessible by guests, including the garage.

Strictly No Smoking on property.

Hot tub capacity 5 people Max. No beverages (except water), foods, soaps, dies or glass allowed in hot tub. Any misuse of the hot tub will result in additional $300 misuse charge.

Exterior security cameras present. Security cameras are solely for security and liability protection. Kindly note, the hot tub area falls within field view of an exterior camera. As per the platforms policy, no interior cameras are present inside of the rental.
