Glad you had a lovely stay. First of all, I really hope that you didn't clean the apartment.. It was a mess; empty bottles everywhere, chocolate papers everywhere, biscuits on the floor, cigarettes ends on the floor (while you are not allowed to smoke inside the apartment). Very dirty towels (with suspicious color that I don't really want to know more about it), bed linen with blood spots, and a very big trash bag over filled from the first day arrived. Since arrival the Lady explained norms and all the locations of all the facilities (main dustbin and the recyclable too). The charge is for the EXTRA cleaning over your "high standard finish", new bed linen, new s. pool towels and new bath towels. We do not ask guests to clean the apartment, but to not let enormous trash bags, dirty dishes, etc (AS EXPLAINED IN THE WRITEN NORMS OF THE APARTMENT). Hope you understand now the charges as Homeaway did when we sent our report, not 3 hours after you left, but the next day. Our main goal is to have the apartment in perfect conditions for each arrival, which we always do.

The views from the balcony are amazing so you can easily imagine that's a high localisation. Steps are the quickest way to go to center town or to the beach. Anyway, there's a way with no steps at all but obviously you have to walk further, as explained upon arrival with all necessary details. And obviously there's a lift in the residence.
