Sehr schönes Apartmenthotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Wir haben vorab gegen Aufpreis einen Parkplatz reserviert, der direkt am Hotel war.

Modern and clean hotel, with a nice vibe and generous sized rooms. Our luggage was lost and the lady at reception loaned us adapters so we could charge our phones which was appreciated- all the staff were friendly there. Location was perfect, with plenty of cafes, bars and great restaurants nearby, as well as transport links. The picturesque little park around the corner was also useful in helping us know what to aim for at the end of the day!

Nice place - just bring your own coffee!
Very nice place in a great location, with comfortable beds. The only complaint was that leaving just 2 Nespresso pods for the whole week feels a bit cheap.

Vackert och exklusivt litet hotell.
Hotellet är snyggt och har en vacker arkitektur. Rummen på våning ett har en exklusiv design med dubbla våningar inne i rummet. Lite tråkigt att det inte finns en frukost annat än att den beställda frukosten köpa in på närliggande kafé av personalen. Det finns mig veterligen inga gemensamma utrymmen. Det är lagom med två nätter.

Poor advice regarding stay
Fantastic stay although they advertise their state of the art TV offering do not log on with your Netflix account What they do not promote is that every customer after your stay will have access to your Netflix account Very poor service

Very nice place to stay, but they offer parking via one of the local parking lots for 16 euros a day. We went to wrong parkade and only paid 19 euros for the weekend. Best to check rates at parkade before you accept the 16 ad day.

Just as you came down to reception on numerous occasions to ask us for favours, you could have informed us of your dissatisfaction with the noise and we could have offered you a solution. Style not comfort
Room 101. The hôtel is well situated right in the centre. The staff are friendly and the room was cleaned very well. Unfortunately the hotel prioritises style over comfort. The room looks great but there are no drawers and no wardrobes, just a small space to hang clothes. The kitchen area has no hob, just a microwave, so most cooking is impractical. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Everything looked brand new. The glass staircase was not elderly friendly which was a problem as the toilet was upstairs.

Hotel magnifique situé au centre de Santa Cruz à quelques minutes à pied de la Place d'Espagne. Design très moderne, propreté impeccable et personnel très accueillant et d'une grande gentillesse. La suite que nous avons réservée était très spacieuse avec une décoration très élégante et épurée. Le petit-déjeuner qui est servi en chambre est très bon et copieux. Hiljainen ilmastointi eikä naapurienkaan äänet häiritse. Ihan ykkösvalinta hienossa kaupungissa. Paras hotelli kuuden viikon reissun aikana, vietimme jokaisessa kohteessa noin viikon eri puolella saarta.

Un hotel “oasis” con un toque personal
Decoración moderna con un toque colonial pero minimalista del hotel y de la habitación proporcionan un ambiente relajante con todas las comodidades que supera muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas. Habitación duplex espaciosa con nevera, microondas y máquina de café.Smart TV disponible en ambos niveles. Calidad de limpieza y estado de las instalaciones excepcional. Especial mención de las dos chicas de la recepción que conocimos - hacen la diferencia para sentirse a gusto con todas las explicaciones referente a la habitación, servicios del hotel y recomendaciones que dan. Un gran equipo, una de ellas con un nivel de idiomas excepcional (inglés e alemán). Único punto para mejorar según mi criterio es la calidad del desayuno (se pide como servicio de habitación), no está al nivel del resto.

Fue todo genial. El hotel está nuevo, muy limpio y cómodo. Las habitaciones son grandes. Esta muy bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad. El personal es muy amable. Recomiendo 100%!

very central and one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Fridge coffee machine,kettle and microwave unexpected for any hotel room I have ever had in spain.

Nos encantó el hotel, y la dulzura de la recepcionista. No damos puntuación maxima, porque aunque avisáramos de alergias antes de llegar nos encontramos con una habitación con alfombra y almohadas de plumas. Pero volveremos a quedarnos la próxima vez que vayamos a Santa Cruz, y esperemos encontrarnos con una habitación perfecta para alérgicos, y entonces mejorar la puntuación.

Skønt nyt hotel med meget fin stand og med super service af teamet i receptionen. Fed detalje med friskbagt morgenmad leveret til døren på ens værelse fra byens gode bageri. Lidt besværligt for familie, da der ikke er spiseplads i det værelse vi valgte, som var det med seperat soveværelse, så køkkenet kunne ikke rigtig bruges.

Could not have asked for a better stay!! Great communication with hotel staff before we even arrived. Natasha made check in a breeze, made sure we didn’t have any questions and even arranged a taxi 🚕 to the airport. Will definitely stay here again if/when we get back to the Canary Islands.
