Super saubere Anlage! Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essensangebot ist sehr reichhaltig und es wird alles frisch zubereitet. Es liegt zwar ein bisschen außerhalb der Touristenzentren ist aber nicht schlecht und diese sind mit dem Auto oder Bus leicht zu erreichen.

Leider weit weg von 5*
Das H10 Atlantic Sunset verdient seine 5* nicht. Während unserem Aufenthalt wurden Arbeiten in den Nachbarzimmern durchgeführt. Der komplette Bodenbelag wurde ersetzt und dies obwohl das Hotel ganz neu ist. Ich finde man kann erwarten, dass Hotels Arbeiten erledigen in der Nebensaison, aber dass man dann die Zimmer direkt nebenan belegt ist ein no-go. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin, wurden wir dann gefragt was die beste Uhrzeit für uns wäre um die Arbeiten durchzuführen!? Sowas in einem 5* zu fragen ist schon eine Frechheit. Ansonsten ist auch das Büffet nichts besonderes, und überhaupt ist das Hauptrestaurant total überlaufen. Gemütlich ist anders. Erwähnenswert ist noch die Strasse die einmal rund ums Hotel führt, der Lärm vom Hard Rock Hotel nebenan und die nicht existierende Umgebung (allgemein sehr trist, kein echter Strand...). Man merkt schnell daß H10 Hotels nicht viel Erfahrung im 5* Bereich hat sondern mehr mit 4* Bettenburgen.

Dieses Hotel und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön, sehr modern und sehr gepflegt! Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Buffet war sehr abwechslungsreich, qualitativ sehr gut und sehr lecker. Alles in allem ein ganz tolles Hotel!!!!! Einziger Minuspunkt: check-in! Nur 3 Mitarbeiter für einen aufwendigen check-in und -out und wenn man bereits eingecheckt hat, das Zimmer aber noch nicht fertig war, müssen diese Mitarbeiter später ebenfalls zwischendurch noch prüfen, ob das Zimmer nun frei ist etc. Hier ist leider mit einer sehr langen Wartezeit zu rechnen. Dieser Bereich ist ausbaubar!

Disappointed about their service
They were not perfectly ready when we were there in July. The WLAN was not working and there was no notice. They just said they are not sure when it can be fixed. As the room Call was also not working, i had to go to reception extra. Staff in Bufet area was not that professional sometimes. One day for breakfast, we waited long to ask Coffee. They were checking their outfit but not asked customers for a coffee before we ask... For Check-in, it took looooonnng time. When i asked about program at pool, she had to search it on the system, not ready to show right away. She went to the inside and came out just for getting this info. It looked a bit like chaos. In general, i do not think it is highly qualified service for 5 star hotel. I will go to other hotel for sure if i visit Teneriffa again. Disappointed to H10.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Lovely food and excellent service in all areas. Very geared up to entertaining children so we were pleased we were in a quieter part of the hotel away from the noise! Could not fault the fantastic room we had on the 5th floor of El Beso building! Would return if I could guarantee the same room. First Tenerife experience - excellent!

I would highly recommend this hotel and the Adeje area. The hotel was lovely and exceeded our expectations. It more than lived up to it's 5 stars. From the moment we drove up to the hotel we were greeted by name and welcomed at the barrier. Staff at check in served us prosecco and explained everything about the facilities, even to the extent of checking on food allergies and issuing a card to hand to restaurant staff so that they could advise The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. A good sized bathroom with slippers and robes, huge bath sheets and nice toiletries. A proper coffee machine and water available. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. All of the hotel areas were pristine and all staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant food was so good that we didn't bother to use the specialty restaurants. Every day the buffet was different and catered to all ages and tastes. The pools were clean, huge pool towels and lots of sun beds. Cocktails and alcoholic drinks were really reasonably priced. The whole experience was relaxed and safe. We will definitely be back.

2월에 아이와 함께 방문한 H10 Atlantic sunset 호텔을 선택하길 정말 잘 했다고 생각됩니다. 2월중순 날씨는 24-28도로 물놀이하기 너무 좋았고 레스토랑의 음식들도 모두 알차고 괜찮았습니다. 키즈클럽 크루들은 모두 에너지가 넘치고 친절했으며 매일 오전 키즈풀장에서 1시간정도 엑티비티가 진행되어 아이들이 너무 좋아했습니다. 4박5일동안 너무 알차게 지내다 왔습니다!! 가족여행 강추입니다^^ 한가지 아쉬운점은 주변에 마켓과 레스토랑이 멀다는것입니다. 마켓은 도보 10분거리에 있고 레스토랑은 도보 5분거리에 타파스레스토랑과 스시집이 있습니다.

Vi er lige kommet hjem efter 10 dage på dette super lækre hotel! Alt var over ALLE forventinger! Hele hotellet duftede dejligt, super flot og rent, alt er nyt, hele personalet, fra receptionister, tjenere og rengøringsdamerne var alle smilende og imødekommende. Morgenmads buffet var himmelsk! Der var alt til en hver smag, der blev hele tiden fyldt op. Det er helt klart det aller bedste 5stjernet hotel vi har været på. Kommer 100% tilbage igen! :)

An amazing find
Had a short week away in Tenerife in this fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect from the food to the rooms and the very friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. One recommendation to increase revenue would be to have a QR code on each table by the pool so you could order drinks and maybe ice creams.
