Dear Florian, Our cleaning service has a protocol to always clean properly the floor and all the room. Now with the measures of Covid 19 this cleaning is being intensified. It is impossible that this stain is from another customer who used the room before because we asked the cleaner to go and check the room and according to her the stain was recent. The receptionist suggested you change the room about the inconvenience but you preferred to stay in the same room. Kind Regards,
