We regret to hear you were unhappy with the service rpovided by reception here at the hotel as the feedback we get about staff is always positive, we understand some people may struggle with the stairs and if this is an issue fir any guests we ask they contact us t let us know prior so that we can allocate an easier to access room.

Thank you for you response. The website states that we do not offer parking and upon arrival we assist guests with information on our 3 nearest car parks. When booking, it is up to guests to book bed and breakfast if they wish to have it. 10 is our charge for breakfast and this includes our continental buffet breakfast. Rooms are serviced upon request as cleaners will not just enter the rooms without guests indicating they want their rooms serviced. As for the stained towel this will be passed onto our linen providers as they are responsible for providing us new and clean linen that is ready to use. Thank you again for your review.
