Traditionell-britisches Hotel mit Charme
Wer einen hübschen Ausgangspunkt für regionale Touren und die Möglichkeit zur Einnahme kleiner, traditionell britischer Köstlichkeiten (Scones etc.) sucht, ist hier richtig. Insbesondere in den Zimmern der höheren Preiskategorie ist alles vorhanden, was einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gewährleistet. Rekreationseinrichtungen fehlen allerdings. Auch gibt es lediglich im ersten Stock eine Art Aufenthaltsraum (Lounge), die aber nicht wirklich zum Verweilen einlädt.

Gute Strandlage, großes Parkplatzproblem
Grosses Problem bei der Ankunft: vor dem Hotel darf man eigentlich nicht parken und nicht Halten. Bei Hochbetrieb fanden wir keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Der Saltersparkplatz ist ok, weil ein Shuttle Bus fährt. Nur leider passte Parkzeit und Buszeiten nicht überein. Den Parkplatz musste man ab 9 Uhr bezahlen- zum Parkplatz runter kam man aber mit Shuttle erst ab 11. Geeignet, um Strafzettel zu bekommen. Das Gleiche abends. Dadurch nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Lage ist top.

Beautiful sea view
We stayed three nights at the hotel and had a sea view room. It's definitely worth it. The breakfast was good, the hotel room is decorated in a classic style, but very tasteful. The hotel all in all is quite charming. Tenby is a lovely town, and the hotel is located in easy walking distance from the town center.

Thank you for your review. I don't want to be just OK in anyone's eyes, we work extremely hard to make everyone's stay memorable. And what is more frustrating is that you appeared very happy and , yet go away to knowingly to write bad reviews, shame on you....Parking!! NO there is no free parking at our lovely guesthouse, yet expedia appear to fail in adjusting that incorrect information, and then guests blame me. I have tried for 3 years to get that removed, or corrected, and have failed, so perhaps expedia will take note, and change to "NO ONSITE PARKING"RegardsGraham

Pretty view from older economy hotel.
Older property with beautiful beach/sea view. Clean and comfortable enough, but lots of stairway and stairs. Building is pretty tired and in need of renovation. Limited front desk. Price was very affordable, but hotel/rooms reflected it. Unlikely to stay again.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Decor a little 'tired' and old fashioned. Bathroom facilities basic and rickety (loose toilet seat and shower controls). Does not have free parking, as advertised within the online details. Proprietor advises that he has asked Hotels.com to correct this several times and they have ignored such requests. Nearest parking approx. 100 yards and costs £10 per day.

I loved the location; I had a room with an ocean view. The room is not air conditioned, if that is a necessity for you, but it had a fan and I was very comfortable at night. The room was clean and quiet, and I could walk anywhere I needed to go.

We've stayed at this property before and it is always lovely. The owner will go out of his way for his guests. The room was very warm due to the weather and we returned on day 1 to find a fan had been left outside our door, it helped a lot! The location is beautiful with the sea just steps from the door.

Very much hoping to return here
Fantastic b&b right on the seafront run by a fantastic owner. Nothing was ever any bother - very well looked after and had the most wonderful breakfasts. Lovely restaurant downstairs, the hotel is very well decorated throughout, and the room was very cosy and homely - just what was called for, given the weather! Hoping to return at some stage.

Lovely room overlooking the sea and island off Tenby beach, location very good close to the centre, free parking in front of the hotel but could be full none the less there is a pay car park close by. Room very clean, only way to improve would be softer pillows as the bed is hard

Good B&B – View over South Bay – parking nearby
On arrival the owner was welcoming and explained everything clearly. He apologised for the Hotels.com advert that still states that he does have onsite parking. The room was comfy, complementary water, biscuits etc, and had a view over the South Beach bay. It’s convenient for the beaches, the town centre, many shops, cafes and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The cooked to order breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, would certainly consider booking again if visiting Tenby. Info on parking. I parked on the Five Arches car park a few yards from the B&B. See photo, B&B is the blue building in the distance. It also has electric charge points. Other car parks such as South Beach Bay and Display Car Park are also nearby. Free parking is available in the unmarked bays, but lots of the bays with lines are residents only, so take care to park where there are no lines.

Great value and perfect location on the Esplanade with a view of the sea. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine for us but would prove tricky for the less mobile. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

Ideal for close access to Tenby and all its lovely beaches and idyllic streets. Perfect for what we needed and such a spacious room. That and the view were like nothing we’ve experienced before.
