Exit the A48 onto the roundabout taking the second exit onto the A40. Take the first exit at the next roundabout and continue on the A40. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A477. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Hill Lane. Continue straight across the 2 mini roundabouts. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Narberth Road, after 1.5 miles turn right onto Narberth Road, after half a mile turn left onto Greenhill Road, continue onto South Parade, after 300 yards turn right onto the Esplanade, South Beach Court is on your right at the end of The Esplanade.
