„Very clean and beautiful. The private onsen on the roof is very cool“

„Beautiful rooms & setting. Very peaceful & relaxing. Both the kaiseki dinner & Japanese breakfast were amazing & the servers were attentive and friendly.“

„Schönes großes Zimmer, gratis Drinks und Sodas. Privates Onsen das man ohne Reservierung benutzen konnte.“

„Super Lage, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück “

„Everything is walking distance from this property. They even provide a 4-500 ¥ washer and dryer. The only negative thing I can think of is the filters and vents and sealing fans need to be dusted. Other than that it was a pleasure to of stayed there.“

„This spot was quite far from the station. There was nothing around the hotel in this area. The view from the Room (waterfall and mountain) was gorgeous. Staff were very helpful and kind to us for late dinner and shuttle bus requests. Only disappointment was the public onsen bath. I didn't smell any mineral water in the bath. Hakone is famous for onsen but I was disappointed.“

„The house was difficult to find and, as mentioned, had a steep hill to walk down. When we entered, it smelled strongly of gas as there were 3 gasoline jars directly inside the door. The smell gave all four of us a headache. Also, it was VERY cold, due to missing windows. The heaters were set at max and we were still very cold. Lastly, the floors are not stable. In the dining room, it felt like we were walking on cardboard, as the floor flexed and moved when we walked. “

„Old and small property . Quite far from train station. At least 10-15 mns walk .“
