Just a three-minute walk from the beach, Casa de Colores is a colorful three-story vacation home on the Mediterranean-inspired streets of Las Catalinas. With a private plunge pool, shaded balconies, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Catalinas Islands, the home sleeps **up to seven guests in three bedrooms**.

The Space:
Casa de Colores, or “House of Colors,” is in the heart of Beach Town. Follow the stone-paved pedestrian streets to nearby restaurants, cafés, and shops, or head out to explore miles of hiking and biking trails.

Open-Plan Living & Outdoor Dining

Large windows and terrace doors fill the main living area with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining table seats eight, so the whole group can enjoy a meal together.

Two sofas, an armchair, and a Smart TV make the living room a comfortable spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Step through the terrace doors for a dip in the private plunge pool beside its cascading water features. The terrace has shaded seating, sunny lounge chairs, and a BBQ grill for outdoor meals.

Bedrooms & Private Balconies

The second floor has two bedrooms that share a bathroom with a shower. The queen bedroom features a Juliet balcony overlooking the stone-paved street below. The bunk room sleeps three guests in a bunk bed and a pull-out trundle.

Just off the second-floor foyer, a shaded balcony with ocean views has a porch swing where you can settle in with a book or your morning coffee.

The third floor is dedicated to the primary suite, with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a deep soaking tub, and a shower. On the suite’s shaded balcony, oversized chairs look out over the rooftops of Las Catalinas toward the ocean.

A Rooftop with Extraordinary Views

The rooftop terrace is one of the highest viewpoints in Beach Town, with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the Catalinas Islands, and the colorful rooftops below. There’s comfortable seating for your whole group to gather for sunset drinks. On clear nights, stay a little longer to watch the stars come out over the water.

A Note About the Stairs

From the main entrance and living area, there are 20 steps to the second-floor bedrooms, 17 more to the primary suite, and another 11 to the rooftop terrace. The highest viewing area is 8 steps above the terrace, for a total of 56 steps from the main entrance to the highest point. Guests should be comfortable using stairs throughout their stay.

For outdoor enthusiasts, Las Catalinas offers an extensive network of trails for hiking and mountain biking, with beautiful viewpoints and opportunities to explore the surrounding nature.

At Pura Vida Ride, you can rent bicycles and water sports equipment, including kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear. The beaches are ideal for swimming and enjoying a variety of water activities.

You’ll also find a variety of restaurants, cafés, shops, a pharmacy, and a bank, all within the community.

Parking

The parking lot for two cars is free. Parking at our property is now autonomous and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or is missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Thank you so much for being a part of our community and for your understanding. Parking on the main road is prohibited.

Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.

Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. Access subject to availability.

Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited and subject to availability.
