Eventhough we spoke different languages, we struggled through and she was good humoured at all times. The property is beautiful and quiet and the rooms are very clean and well appointed. "Das Hotel selber war sehr schön . Die Umgebung darf man halt in dem Fall nicht beurteilen weil es halt typisch Napoli ist. Zu empfehlen is das Hotel auf jeden Fall .

"Super freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit egal ob es im Restaurant oder beim Frühstück Ich empfehle es sehr gerne vorallem wegen der Tiefgarage wo man sein Auto in Sicherheit hinstellen kann. Die Anbindung zur nächsten Bus Station ist etwas umständlich da gerad Baustelle war aber wir haben’s gefunden und dann mit der Metro weiter nach napoli Centro reingefahren. Ansonsten alles ok "
"Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt im il Divino. Die Unterkunft ist vom Bahnhof (sind mit dem Alibus vom Flughafen gekommen) aus leicht zu finden. Wir wurden herzlich von Sophia empfangen und hat uns alles gleich gezeigt wie die Zimmerkarten funktionieren… Der Aufzug ist gerade richtig für bis zu 3 Personen. Wir fanden ihn urig. Als sie die Tür zum Il Divino geöffnet hatte, waren wir sofort verliebt 😉 wunderschön gepflegt und alles neu mit Klimaanlage. Uns wurde ein Espresso angeboten und die Maschine erklärt. Wurden u.a.auch gleich von den Zimmermädchen begrüßt. Wir hatten das Zimmer Ebe. Ein wunderbares Zimmer. Sehr bequemes Bett, alles neu, tolles Bad mit perfekter Parfümsauswahl, Duschgel, Shampoo,… täglich hatten wir frische Bade-und Handtücher. Auch die Betten wurden täglich frisch gemacht. Grazie Lucia!!! Übrigens der Tipp für die Pizzeria war Weltklasse Luigi!!!
Das Frühstück im Café gegenüber war auch gut. Sie hatten eine gute Auswahl.
Wir konnten am Tag der Abreise unser Gepäck noch im Il Divino bis nachmittags lassen und haben es dann zum abgesprochenen Termin abgeholt. War ganz lieb von euch!

The hotel also offers ample space for car parking. Despite our late check-in and very early checkout, everything went smoothly, thanks to the 24-hour reception. Although it's about 20 minutes by car from Naples city center, the location offers a very convenient access to the autostrada. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we visit Napoli."
"Das Hotel als solches ist einigermaßen ok. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Habe im Zimmer einen Kühlschrank vermisst, weniger den Inhalt der Minibar, denn eigene Sachen zu kühlen. Frühstück ist nicht wirklich ein Buffet, sondern es wird einem nach Gusto von der Bedienung zusammengestellt.
Die Umgebung ist leider nicht so toll. Das Hotel liegt mitten in einem (hauptsächlich chinesischen) Gewerbegebiet. Fußweg zum Hauptbahnhof (Napoli Centrale) beträgt ca. 30 Minuten.

"Standort der Unterkunft beim Bahnhof war sehr praktisch. Metro, Busse und Züge ganz in der Nähe, so dass Flughafen, Innenstadt aber auch viele weitere Orte leicht zu erreichen waren. Auch unsere gebuchte Tour zu Vesuv und Pompeij startete gard um die Ecke.
Natürlich sind Bahnhofgegenden in der Regel nicht Topklasse. Für uns war es aber ganz ok.

"Communication and Check in via WhatsApp. Check in went smooth. I liked the apartment very much. Modern and clean. Small fridge and cutlery were available. It is located at a main road but when you close the windows the sound is isolated very well. Air Conditioning available but I did not need it. Bus stops close by and / or a small walk to Napoli central for the Metro or the Airport shuttle. In contrary to many other hotels, I could pay the Tourist Tax online instead of cash. I would book it again."
