Hello, we are sorry you didn't have a good experience staying with us. *Our hotel is an apart-hotel that's why it doesn't have reception but it has 24 hours administrator service and you could contact us any time. *Elevators- they work properly it just takes a bit more time to wait. *Water problem was caused from the leakage in the area and it was necessary to shut down the water in the whole neighbourhood. Ps. Guest were notified about this issue immediately.

Dear Amal , That's very sad to see your Negative review . I understand you were disappointing, because your reservation was non refundable and we did not refund you amount, but all the information you submitted is not correct . We offer our guest brand new apartments , Clean and comfortable in the city Center . The building was also renovated in 2010 and its not about to fall of course . Regarding coins of the elevator, we always provide it and give it to our guests for free of charge.
