You will have the entire townhouse to yourself with a large sunny deck upstairs with a glimpse to the sea and a secluded shady courtyard below.

It’s 100m to a walkway to turn right and it’s one block (2 min walk) direct to the golden sands of Mount Maunganui beach and turn left and it’s 5 min walk to the cafés restaurants and boutique shops of Maunganui Road. A supermarket is 5 mins walk in the opposite direction; you can simply leave the car at home!

Fully self-contained, two level townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open plan airy living space, workstation and full kitchen with oven dishwasher cook top fridge toaster microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. A supply of tea coffee and milk (if available) is provided along with the use of condiments sauces jams etc. There is a fully fitted laundry for your use.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private sunny balcony. The second bedroom downstairs has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the private courtyard. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. Bed linen bath and beach towels are provided.

Air conditioning heats or cools the living space as required and free unlimited Wi-Fi is available to support all your devices. The smart TV allows you to login to all your favourite media. The garage is not available for parking however there is off-street parking for up to 3 cars in front of the garage and down the private driveway.

The living space is open plan with two sets of french doors making it warm sunny and airy opening directly to a large sundrenched balcony with outside dining. There is a separate dedicated workstation space (with monitor) and sofa bed space also good as a play area for the kids (although the townhouse is best suited to sleep 5 guests max).

Downstairs there is a private shady courtyard with comfortable seating ideal for that afternoon nap or read!
