You are a 5 min car ride away from Tauranga CBD and 15 min to the popular Mount beaches and shops. Alternatively come with your bikes and use the cycle paths!

This guest unit is attached to the main house but the internal access door is locked off for your privacy and you have your own private entrance door secured with an E-lock.

The space is made up by a bedroom with a queen sized bed (linen and towels included), a newly refurbised bathroom with shower, handbasin and toilet and a dining/living area with a kitchenette.

The kitchenette has a small fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. Coffee, tea, sugar milk, salt and pepper supplied.

Parking is on the street in front of the unit.
