The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests as standard. Any request to exceed this occupancy must be approved by the owner prior to booking.

Additional sleeping options, including bunk beds located in the garage and a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge, may be made available only with prior approval and are intended for occasional use when accommodating approved extra guests.

Please note that the garage bunk beds are not advertised as part of the standard bedding configuration. This is to ensure the property maintains a comfortable occupancy level and is not overutilised.
