Downstairs, one bedroom includes a Super King bed that splits into two single beds. In addition, a long single bed is located in an annex off the second lounge. This space is separated with a moveable partition to offer added privacy, though it is not a separate bedroom.

There are two bathrooms in the house, providing added convenience for families or groups. A heat pump ensures comfort year-round, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
