Spread across two levels plus a private garage suite, the estate gives groups genuine separation without losing the sense of being together.

Downstairs: a country-style kitchen, two dining areas, multiple living spaces, and two bedrooms. Upstairs: three double bedrooms including a master with ensuite. Above the garage, a private suite with queen bedroom and rumpus room suits teenagers or a couple wanting their own space (this wing shares the downstairs bathrooms).

Outside, a resort-style 150,000L saltwater pool has its own pool house with kitchenette, toilet, and changing room. By the house, the spa pool, patio, gas BBQ, trampoline, and fire brazier keep guests outside from morning until after dark.

Starlink Wi-Fi throughout. Parking for six+ vehicles plus a boat. Easy lockbox check-in. You`ll have the entire property to yourself, indoors and out.

Pool Safety: The pool is large and deep—keep the gate locked when not in use. Swimming is at your own risk.

Septic System: Bio-tank septic—flush only toilet paper; no oil or chemicals down the drain.

Water: Town trickle feed into tanks.

Hot Water: Multiple cylinders supply different areas—extended or simultaneous showers may deplete supply (~2 hours to reheat).

Wi-Fi: Fast throughout the house, limited by the pool.

Security: Exterior cameras monitor the driveway and car park only. No cameras inside the home or in private outdoor spaces.
Strictly no parties or gatherings.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay. If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
