House Rules and Information -

Parking: 2 x off street parking, including boat parking + on street parking. The garage is not available for guests to park a vehicle in - can be used to store bikes and other personal belongings.

*Security Camera: There is an external camera set up at the front of the property for security purposes.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
