„The host came and spoke to us asking about our two dogs we had with us during our stay. He was somewhat upset and rude. We were told the hosts were fine with dogs, however we needed to let them know beforehand and us bringing them would attract an additional fee. This was not mentioned anywhere in the Expedia listing and we were taken quite aback as we had no knowledge of this rule. The owner also told us he would lock up their pet chickens during our stay. „This was one of my favourite holiday house stays anywhere around the world. Modern design, immaculately clean, very well equipped for a truly relaxing stay. Multiple indoor/outdoor living areas, including an outdoor lounge with heaters plus a separate area with a fire pit with a plentiful supply of good dry wood. I would 100% recommend this house for a family of five visiting the Port Arthur area. Highly recommend doing the 14km hike to Cape Raoul, with absolutely stunning sea cliff views. “
