Villa Thalissa is a large beachfront villa available for vacation rentals in Puglia, perfect for large groups of friends and families, as it offers up to 18 beds across its various units.
The villa is located directly across from San Vito Beach, a fully equipped beach just 5 km from Taranto.
In
addition to the swimming pool and furnished sun deck, the villa is
equipped with numerous amenities and comforts that make it an exclusive
property, such as the Jacuzzi hot tub on the terrace overlooking the beach.
Amenities include: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine,
ping-pong table, bicycles, barbecue, garage, outdoor shower, TV,
mosquito screens, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven,
microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc.

On the terrace overlooking the beach, there is a rejuvenating mini Jacuzzi hot tub.
The villa consists of 4 buildings: the main structure on two levels, and 3 two-room annexes with private bathrooms, each sleeping 4.
The main villa on the ground floor features 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and on the first floor, 1 quadruple room with a double bed plus a sofa bed for two people and an en-suite bathroom.
A spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor.

Villa Thalissa is located in Lizzano, right across from San Vito Beach. The town is just a few minutes? drive from the center of Taranto and all major amenities.

is a historic city with a rich cultural offering, a beautiful historic
center, a swing bridge, museums, churches, traditions waiting to be
discovered, taverns serving traditional cuisine, and shopping streets
that can satisfy every need.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October. Pool is open from 8am to 8pm. 
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 600, payable on-site.                 
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
