„We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return.“

„First let me be clear. Larkin is an angel. Second the pictures just don’t do this place justice. Talk about amazing. Super spacious super private super euphoric. If you’re into nature this better be on your list. We didn’t need a single thing. Unfortunately we didn’t utilize the property because we were there for a weekend but I promise you this we will be back to enjoy the property.
