„Das mir zur Verfügung gestellte Appartement war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet (inklusive Klimaanlage - was aus der ebookers-Seite (zum Zeitpunkt meiner Buchung) nicht klar hervorging). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Zimmerservice einwandfrei. Die Lage in Masaki ist hervorragend - man erreicht diverse tolle Restaurants und Bars (Cape Town Fish Market, The Waterfront, Samaki-Samaki, ...) in Kürze, trotzdem ist es rund um das Hotel komplett ruhig. Einzig auf meine Anfrage per Mail ...

„Das WiFi ist instabil, man muss sich oft neu einloggen und es kommt des Öfteren die Fehlermeldung, dass zu viele Geräte angemeldet sind. Wir benutzten zu diesem Zeitpunkt 1 Gerät, das 2. Gerät konnte nicht angemeldet werden. Der Check In war sehr unkoordiniert. Eine 2. Keycard wurde nicht ausgestellt und auch auf Nachfrage nicht ausgegeben. Man hat beim Check In nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es notwendig ist einen Schalter zu betätigen um warmes Wasser nutzen zu können. Erfuhren haben wir ...

„From the time I arrived to the hotel both of the front desk people were so nice a male and a female(i am horrible with names unfortunately) I had to wait for my room to check in, which was not an issue. I sat at fhe beach for a while then had lunch. The hotel isa small boutique hotel and i loved the seclusion. Every day wqs beautiful there and my oceanfront room was gorgeous. All the foods and drinks were amazing! 10/10 had the best birthday vacation I've ever had and they made it very special. ...
