Booked a double bed. Got to the room to find just one bed. Went back to the front to get the correct room but was told they just sold out of the last double and they had upgraded me. I asked if they expected someone to sleep on the floor and that taking a bed away from me was not an upgrade regardless of how nice the room was. The response was confusion and “but sir you got an upgrade.” They finally told me that they would be “more than happy to bring me a small folding bed and don’t worry because they will waive the fee for that.” The room and hotel were clean, no issues there. Just a lack of awareness and possibly incompetence at the front desk.

뷔페 식당이 조금 추워서 야외 식탁에서 식사를 하는데 하루는 서비스를 해주었는데 다음날은 기본적인 세팅도 안해주고 빈접시도 치워주지 않았음
우리 테이블 뿐만 아니라 다른 테이블들도 모두 서비스를 제공해주지 않았음
만일 서비스를 해주지 않을거면 미리 안내를 해야하는데 그런 과정도 없었음

Upon checking in, I was given a key that didn't work, got assigned a room that was already occupied once I got a working key, and after three trips up and down, I was able to get to my assigned hotel room. For the inconvenience, we got a light meal voucher.
This was my honeymoon trip and first time to Guam. Next time, I might try to look for other options, but for the price and the friendly staff, I would say it's worth it!

Room was very nice but there was some very visible white dirt on the gray tile in the bathroom. There was also dark gray mold in the white grout inside the shower.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Absolutely beautiful ocean view. The bathroom seemed a bit aged, shower head and sink faucet needed some cleaning and declogging. Overall good experience but debatable if I'll book again at the hotel due to difficulty finding convenient parking.

보증금 1박에 50불 있습니다. 직원분들 친절하시구요 조식은 별로입니다.. 룸 상태는 좋구요 풀장과 비치도 괜찮은 편입니다. 주변에 아무것도 없지만 호텔안에서 모두 구매할수 있습니다.
